History for those who enjoy exploring how things were to help explain how things are now. We focus mainly on social history (though not exclusively). We set a topic for the month and each explore the history of one aspect of that topic that interests us individually. We then meet up to discuss those findings and discover the similarities and differences of their histories.
Topics have been Museums and Art Galleries: Non UK Monarchies: Military Leaders: Fashion Accessories: Famous Women: Pilgrims and Pilgrimages: Crafts and Inventions to name but a few.
