initiative we are offering ten free places on our ‘Starting off with’
courses for people who either haven’t joined the Internet or have a new
tablet/laptop and want to learn about it from scratch.

Albans Account’ initiative is funded by St Albans District Council to encourage
those who can to use the new easier way of accessing the common services on
