Circuit sessions will involve different exercises and each person will do their own before moving on to the next. The tutor will assess the attendees to make a judgement on their fitness level and ensure that there are plenty of interesting exercises for each person to do that are within their ability. The aim of the session will be for everyone to have a) had fun and b) feel a sense of physical achievement.
